Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Shriram IT Ventures Private Limited (“we”, “us”) may hold about you — including data collected through shriramitventures.com, account signup, contact or quote forms, newsletters, and Facebook / Meta integrations (login, lead ads, or page tools).
How to request deletion
Email info@shriramitventures.com with the subject line Data deletion request and include:
- Your full name
- The email address (and phone, if any) you used with us
- Where you interacted with us (website form, newsletter, Facebook login / lead ad, account, etc.)
- Any Facebook / Meta user ID you have, if the request relates to a Meta product
We will confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion (or explain any legal retention exception) within 30 days.
What we delete
- Contact and lead records tied to your email or phone
- Newsletter subscriptions
- Website account profile data you created on this site
- Data received from Meta lead ads or Facebook Login linked to your request, where we are the controller
What we may retain
We may keep limited records when required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate security needs (for example, invoice or tax records). When we retain data, we tell you what and why.
Facebook / Meta automated requests
If you remove our app from Facebook or request deletion through Meta, Facebook may call our automated deletion endpoint. We process those requests and provide a confirmation code and status URL back to Meta.
Status checks use a confirmation code issued after an automated request. If you only have an email request, reply to our confirmation message for status.
