EduSpark schools juggled five separate tools — LMS, assessments, parent comms, attendance, and content — with mobile completion rates below 40%.
Solution
What we shipped
Unified Laravel learning OS with Vue frontend, offline-friendly PWA modules, Hindi/English content workflows, and parent portals teachers could train colleagues on in one afternoon.
EduSpark served 200+ schools across North India with a patchwork of tools teachers hated. Mobile completion rates sat below 40% because the LMS was desktop-first and broke on low-bandwidth connections.
What we built
Shriram IT Ventures consolidated everything into one learning OS — course delivery, assessments, parent portals, and offline-friendly PWA modules for classrooms with unreliable internet. Yash designed interfaces teachers could learn in one training session; Praveen shipped Vue components with Hindi string expansion tested from day one.
Course completion rose 46%. Parent portal engagement doubled. WCAG AA targets met before the statewide rollout.
